40/42 Standardized Lavender Essential Oil (10ml)
This essential oil is the most common choice for applications in candles, perfumes, and cosmetics. The "40/42" designation refers to the balanced ratio of linalool to linalyl acetate; this balance not only provides a consistent floral scent but also indicates that the product has been standardized. For this reason, some aromatherapists do not classify it as "therapeutic grade" or "pure grade," as it is not extracted from the plant with this specific ratio naturally, but rather standardized in a laboratory to ensure olfactory consistency. It exudes a fresh, floral-herbal aroma with a balsamic, woody undertone.
