This Payment Policy applies exclusively to all orders shipped to destinations within the United Kingdom. No information related to regions outside the UK is covered in this policy.

2. Order Charging Rules
Full payment will be authorized and deducted from your selected payment method immediately upon successful order submission.
Product prices displayed on our site are final GBP retail prices, exclusive of local UK sales tax (VAT) where applicable. VAT will be automatically calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.
Standard shipping service for all UK domestic orders is completely free of charge. No additional delivery fees will be added to your payment total.
3. Failed & Pending Payments
If your payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired cards or bank security restrictions, your order will be temporarily suspended. You may re-initiate payment via the link sent to your registered support email within 24 hours.
Unpaid pending orders will be automatically canceled after 48 hours with no charges applied to your account.
4. Refund Processing for Payments
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items.
Refund timelines vary based on your bank or digital wallet provider, and we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
Only product fees are eligible for refund. Since UK shipping is complimentary, no shipping cost refund will be issued under any return circumstance.
