Return & Refund Policy

This policy aligns with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and US federal & state consumer trade rules, covering all cross-border aromatherapy shipments to the United States.

1. Eligibility & Return Window

Customers may submit voluntary return requests for unused aromatherapy goods within 14 calendar days upon receipt of delivery. All returned merchandise must meet all resale conditions: fully unopened, unused, original packaging, labels and accessories intact, no stains, scratches, deformation or contamination from personal use. Opened, damaged or incomplete items are non-refundable.

2. Return Application Process

To initiate a return, send an email to our official support mailbox with your full order number, clear return reason and photos verifying product condition. Our team will review your submission within 48 working hours and issue official return shipping instructions and designated return address. You must ship back items within 14 days after receiving our return confirmation email.

3. Refund Processing Rules

After our warehouse receives, inspects and confirms returned items meet return standards, we will initiate full refunds via your original payment channel within 14 working days.
  • For voluntary customer returns: Full product cost will be refunded; original delivery fees are non-refundable, and customers bear all return shipping charges.
  • For defective goods, shipping damage or wrong item delivery: Submit supporting photos within 48 hours after receiving your parcel. We offer full refunds or complimentary re-delivery, and cover all return shipping costs in this scenario.

4. Non-Returnable Scenarios

The following aromatherapy goods cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
  1. Opened, used or contaminated aromatherapy products;
  2. Customized, personalized or limited-edition clearance marked final sale;
  3. Items damaged artificially after delivery or missing original packaging and attachments.
