Return & Refund Policy
We strive to provide high-quality fragrance oil, candle vessels and aromatherapy products for all customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a formal return and refund service in accordance with UK consumer protection regulations.
1. Return Eligibility & Time Limit
All qualified returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Products must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Opened, used, or damaged products caused by personal improper use are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Return Application Process
Please contact our official support email to submit a return request, including your order number and return reason. We will review your application and send return instructions within 1–3 working days. Returns without official confirmation will not be accepted.
3. Refund Rules
After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your full or partial refund within 5–7 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our product quality error or delivery mistake.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened aromatherapy oils, personalized custom products, and clearance final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
