1. Order Fulfillment Timeline

All confirmed paid orders will be sorted, packaged and dispatched within 1–3 UK working days. Standard cross-border delivery lead time to US destinations ranges from 7–15 working days; actual arrival time depends on logistics carrier transit speed and US customs clearance progress.

2. Logistics Tracking

Once your aromatherapy parcel ships, we will send a unique tracking number to the email address you provided at checkout. You may monitor real-time transit status through the official logistics carrier website. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by customs inspection, extreme weather, carrier operational suspension, labor strikes or other force majeure events.

3. Customs & Import Duties

All US import tariffs, consumption taxes, customs handling fees and brokerage charges incurred during customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. We do not pre-pay or reimburse any US import tax-related fees unless a special free-duty promotion is clearly stated on your order page.

4. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your shipment goes missing, arrives severely damaged or contains missing merchandise, contact our support email within 7 working days after your estimated delivery date with tracking screenshots and product damage photos. We will verify logistics records and resolve claims with options of complimentary re-delivery or full order refund at our discretion.
